The credit or debit card used when you go Unlimited will be charged monthly on your anniversary date. If you purchase an Unlimited membership online, you will need to present your credit or debit card at your first wash to pick up your membership sticker.

You can use your Unlimited membership at Shine City Car Wash.
6What do you mean by ‘unlimited’ car washes?
Vehicles with active memberships are eligible to wash as often as they’d like each month.
7Do you accept muddy or icy vehicles?
It depends. If we can’t see the paint on your car, we’re not able to wash it. That’s because after the wash, if you notice a dent or scratch, you may blame the car wash. If your car is that dirty, we recommend that you take your vehicle to a self-service wash to rinse it off just to be on the safe side!
8I want to buy an Unlimited membership online. How will I get my pass?
When you purchase an Unlimited membership online, you’ll receive a receipt and barcode by email. Just present the barcode (print it out or keep it on your phone) along with your credit or debit card at Shine City, and a team member will affix your membership sticker to your vehicle windshield. *Please note that the credit or debit card presented at Shine City when you pick up your membership sticker will be the card used for monthly recharges.
9How do I cancel my Unlimited membership?
You can discontinue your plan online or visit Shine City and speak with a team member. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing.
10Can my Unlimited membership be used for more than one vehicle?
An Unlimited membership is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit Shine City Car Wash to get your membership sticker updated.
11Is a membership sticker required?
Yes. When you go Unlimited, a small RFID tag about the size of a stick of gum will be attached to the windshield of your vehicle.
12How can I replace my membership sticker tag?
Got a new car or had a window replaced? No problem! See a team member at Shine City and they can replace it for you.
13Is the wash safe for convertibles?
Absolutely! Please make sure that the roof is properly latched unless you want a shower. 😊
14Is the wash safe for newly painted cars?
Yes! However, your car’s paint needs at least 30 days to cure before you should take it through a car wash. Consult with your body shop for curing times just to be on the safe side. FYI, paint on new cars is fully cured before delivery.

You don’t have the correct membership number (an 11-digit number found on the sticker on your windshield).
